Friday Evening 10 mile Time Trial series
Course - E14A based on Navestock Heath, Essex
Club events held in partnership with Team Economic Energy. Open for "Private" time trials subject to availability. Just turn up and ride. However, you must be a member of a club affiliated to Cycling Time Trials. If not, you will need to ask your club to arrange affiliation or alternatively join a club already affiliated. Becontree Wheelers and Team Economic Energy both welcome new members.
Entry fee £1.50 per ride for under 18s and £3 for all others. Refreshments normally included.
For newcomers and others who do not wish to ride the full 10 miles, we offer a 1 lap competition of approximately 5 miles. Just tell the timekeeper you are interested in this when you sign on. You will normally ride after the main field of 10 milers.
Series to take place every Friday evening from early April to early September.

Heffer Memorial 14 Mile Time Trial
Course - E34 based on Ockendon, Essex - Non Standard distance, approx 14 miles.
The 2008 edition will use an event promoted by another club. Details will be published in due course.
Club members meet by the bus stop outside Corbetts Tey cemetery each Sunday morning for a gentle social ride. All members are welcome to participate but they leave at 8:30 am sharp so don't be late. The length of the ride and the route are generally agreed at the time.
The annual trip to watch part of the Tour de France has been organised and details are as follows.
